"A Heart Opening" Meditation Class for the beginner

A 4 week class that will give you the simple, easy to apply, meditation techniques helping you to tap into the peace that already exist inside and bring it into everyday life.

Class 1: Intro to meditation using breath as the anchor

This class teaches a simple and easy to apply meditation. You will understand how to meditate and leave this class with the knowledge of the dos and don'ts of meditation. This class includes a 1/2 hour meditation so you will have the experience and be able to practice on your own at home!

Class 2: Introduction to consciously creating the world you want

Intention and desire, "thoughts are things," what we think about expands. This class teaches us how to become aware of the power of our thoughts by getting clear on what we want to bring into our lives and how we can add this to our meditation practice to cultivate the life we want more quickly. 1/2 hour meditation included in class.

Class 3: Sounds of the chakras

Introduction to using the healing sounds and understanding the energy centers of the body. This class will teach you the location and sound of each of the 7 chakras, (primary energy centers of the body). We will add these to our 1/2 hour meditation during this class.

Class 4: Heart awareness meditation

Gratitude and letting go of grievances. This class leads us through a practical way of letting go of those thoughts, emotions, judgments that no longer serve us. Includes easy technique to feel when the heart is open and when it's closed with a gentle practice learned quickly and felt immediately. 1/2 hour guided meditation included in class.
